  • This course is designed for professionals in a data role, such as a Data Analyst. While not required, work experience in a data role will provide helpful context for assignments.

    Sprint 1: Develop a Data Project Plan
    In this sprint, you will learn how to define objectives, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for a data project launch plan.
    Sprint 2: Managing a Data Project
    - In this sprint, you will learn about agile project management and how to estimate effort, manage stakeholders, develop a risk register and close a project.
    - You will tie it all together in your Capstone Project, where you will create a project kickoff presentation outlining goals, approach, stakeholder, communication, and risk mitigation strategies.
